Superior Court case files go to the elected Clerk in Ellensburg. Statewide criminal-history responses come from Washington State Patrol.   • Statewide criminal history and personal record review: Washington State Patrol Criminal Records Division through WATCH or the WSP fingerprint review process
  • Police incident reports: the city, campus, sheriff, or state patrol agency that wrote the report
  • Vacating or sealing a case: the Clerk or limited-jurisdiction court that entered the judgment

The Clerk supplies court records but does not disseminate a compiled criminal history under chapter 10.97 RCW. Conversely, the Sheriff's Records Division does not keep the Superior Court case file. Confirm the case or incident number before calling when possible.
