1. What This Website Is

Kittitas County Criminal History is an independent reference resource. It has no connection with Kittitas County, Washington State Patrol, Washington courts, a sheriff or police agency, or any other government office. It does not maintain official criminal records.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Visitors agree not to:

• Violate federal, Washington, or local law
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person
• Use information for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to site systems
• Deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools
• Interfere with site operation or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or from a linked source may not be used to stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate. Registry information carries special limits under RCW 4.24.550. It exists for public-safety awareness, not vigilantism or retaliation.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Neither this site nor its advertising partners supplies a consumer report as the FCRA defines that term. Information may not be used to:

• Make hiring or termination decisions
• Screen a rental or housing application
• Set insurance terms or judge creditworthiness
• Determine access to a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

Use Washington State Patrol or another legally compliant channel when an official check is required.

5. No Legal Advice

Descriptions of Kittitas County records and Washington law provide general information only. They do not establish an attorney-client relationship or advise how a charge, warrant, conviction, vacation, or sealing rule applies to an individual case.

6. No Warranties

The site is provided "as is." No warranty is made that:

• Information is complete, accurate, or current
• Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
• Every page is free from defects or security weaknesses
• A partner tool will return a complete or correct result

Government files change as charges, dispositions, access orders, and agency data change. Only the originating office can issue an official statement or certified record.
